So, we thought we'd give the state fair a try. It was my sister-in-law's (Shellie) idea. I'm not sure what I liked the most..... the stinky animals.....
....A stubborn 4 year old (who I don't like much right now) that doesn't want to do anything but what he wants to do and whines and screams when we don't let him have his own way....
.... or being worried that my sweet little 2 week old is roasting to death and finally waking him up so I can nurse in a very public place...
...thank heavens for a sweet little boy who is happy to do anything and a sweet little neice who loves stinky animals....
.... here's to the state fair where a funnel cake costs $8 and it costs $5 to play balloon darts!

I have to say I miss the Utah State Fair. But maybe that is because I live two states away.
Yea, I was so upset about the funnel cake... But Lucas said he would make us some for sunday dinner- I am excitted for that. But at least we won't ever have to wonder if the state fair is fun or not... Its NOT!
I've never been...and probably never will now.
Thanksgiving Point's enough for me.
I went once when I was little, i think I was more like Brenner than Legz or Joren. I'm not a State Fair kind of girl.
I love the FAIR!!! You can count on me going each year for sure! I just love to go to be a people watcher!
The Utah State Fair sounds like a bust. I won't have to feel bad for missing it. I am just not a huge fan of stinky animals. It is all good in the name of adventure. Way to be adventurous!
