Great Home Decor

I just cracks me up how Terek thinks he needs to climb inside everything and sit down.

He makes a super cute decoration!

Cornbellys

Saturday we headed down to Thanksgiving Point to Cornbelly's. We love cornbelly's. We're making it an annual tradition for us.

We dragged Grandma all over with us. How fun to have a pic with most of her grandkids.
The cow ride behind the tractor is one of our favorites. I'm thinking grandpa blake needs to make us some fun cow cars.
What's up with Terek's tongue?
The kids can't pass up face painting. Joren didn't want to wash his off to go to church today.
Brenner was a sweetheart and got up and washed his off himself so he could get ready for church.
Our cute little spidergirl! You can tell she hangs out with her big boy cousins a lot! She is going to be spidergirl for Halloween! She loves spiderman stuff!

Google Adsense

So, I thought I'd put google adsense on my craft blog and on my personal blog to make a little money. By little, I mean little. For the month of September, I have made $1.99 (which gets split 3 ways because of my craft blog). so, if my super nice family and friends would be willing to just click on those ads, it would be nice because then we could make a little more money. They don't have any viruses and it's completely safe. Some of them are actually good links like to better homes and gardens and such. So, if you're bored, check out the ads:)

So helpful:)

I had to get this on the blog before Terek just gets tooooo big for Joren to be able to pick up! He is such a great big brother and so helpful..... (dripping with sarcasm). He's more than happy to move Terek away from his play area. Seriously, Terek is getting so big.

Consequently, Brenner won't even think about picking Terek up. He says he can't even when I ask him to. However, he's more than happy to push him away with his foot:)

Let the Off-Track Fun begin

So Brenner is off track for the whole month of September. Not only do I want to take them to do fun things because I can (without kindergarten interrupting the day) but because we get a little stir crazy.

Last Friday I went to Scrapbook USA and Ryan baby-sat (apparently anyone that is not me is baby-sitting according to Brenner and Joren). He took them to the Museum of Natural History at the U. Can you believe that he actually took the camera with him and took pictures? What an awesome dad!

They had a frog exhibit that was ending this weekend so they thought it would be a good idea to check it out before it was gone.
Yesterday we headed over to the Living Planet Aquarium. My kids love this place and we haven't been there in almost a year.
Terek was absolutely fascinated with this place. He loved watching all of the fish and other sea animals. The kids loved the new South America exhibit.
Look how cute they are when it's their idea to have their pictures taken.

Joren's 1st Day of Preschool

Joren started Preschool today!

He was sweet enough to let me take a picture of him holding an apple like Brenner did.
He seemed to like preschool and his teacher Mrs. Hermansen.

(consequently, Brenner is now off track. One more month until I have them both in school at the same time)

Joren Scissorhands

Joren LOVES scissors. He loves to cut stuff. He loves to cut papers up into tiny pieces and make a huge mess. He loves to cut the top off otter pops and eat them. He loves to cut my ribbon any time he's in my craft room (and one time he was so kind to cut my fabric tape measure.) And he is actually really good at cutting and can cut on the lines pretty well. This talent comes in handy when I need coupons cut. And he's also great at dead-heading the flowers in the yard.

Doesn't this picture say a lot???

They learn so young!

I gave my candy machines to my cousin Libby, but when I saw these cute ones at a garage sale, I couldn't resist. The boys have to do small chores to earn money for candy. Terek can't quite figure out what to do, but he wants that candy!
