Today is truly a fall day. The leaves are really turning colors and falling off the trees. And it's quite cold. I actully turned my furnace on because it was only 63 degrees in my house and I was feeling a little chilly. Brenner, however, still wants to play outside in the sand pile... without shoes and socks on. It just takes too much time and work to put those shoes and socks on. I hope he doesn't get too sick.

People get sick from germs, not cold. That's a battle I never fight. If they don't want to wear a coat/shoes/socks, they'll figure out soon enough if they should have.
i think we could all use more Jessica wisdom. Ah, to be laid back or to have actually learned to pick your battles.
