Thanksgiving Point Gardens

I wanted to take the kids to the gardens at Thanksgiving Point one last time before it closed. I love the gardens in the fall with all of the beautiful leaves. And our trees at our new house are too small to produce enough leaves for the kids to play in. What would I scrapbook? So we headed down today. We got there and there was only 1 car in the parking lot. It was technically supposed to be closed but since the weather has been so nice, they were letting people in. The water was turned off in all of the fountains and the waterfall, but it was still beautiful and such nice weather. We had the whole place to ourselves and the boys loved playing in the leaves. Terek loved being outside and he didn't even mind laying on the grass.

This post makes me so sad!! I wish I didn't have to work so that I could do fun stuff like this with Legacy during the day!

I am SO not a good photographer--the best ones we have of my kids, taken by me, are ALL from Thanksgiving point!

Looks like you guys had fun. I'm still bummed that we missed out! That's what I get for not writing it down and just relying on my spacy brain to remember things. ;-)

Looks like a fun adventure. Playing in leaves is so much fun. I am happy to see that Tarek even got in on the fun!

Love the pictures, I love the fall when you can play in the leaves. I wish I could have been there to play in the leaves as well.
