On the 6th Day of Christmas...

We had our Journey Dinner.... we pretend we're traveling to Bethlem and we eat what we thought Mary and Joseph would have eaten... on a blanket on the floor with no utensils...
We had pita bread, jerky, crackers, nuts, dried fruit and olives.

I think it's so neat that you guys do this.
My kids would never go for something like this, which would take away from the whole spirit of it.

I just caught up on your blog, you do such great things. On the Dicken's Festival, it use to be better, it has declined over the last few years. After our adventure this year,we will probably not be going again.
I vow that some day we will get together! We need to have a playdate and visit. Are you staying in St. George for Christmas? Maybe we can get together while school is out. I will give you a call.
