Uhaul Fun

The boys had so much fun moving this past weekend. They loved riding their scooters around in the Uhaul. That ramp was perfect!!!

Spike... may he Rest in Peace

Sweet Brenner lost his beloved pet lizard today... Spike. We are not sure what made him meet his demise... it may have been his mom's lack of cleaning the cage, poisonous crickets, Terek's over- misting... we aren't sure. Brenner buried him in the front yard (sorry Logan and Sydney) and made a little headstone for him... it has his name and a picture of him on it.

Apparently lizards do not have as many lives as hamsters:)

We miss our friends:(

We are loving being closer to family in St. George! But we miss our friends. We especially miss the kids being able to ride bikes and play with their friends. The other day sweet Joren had a picnic by himself because Brenner was at school and Terek was asleep.

Brenner has found a best buddie at school... now I need to find a friend for Joren:)

Big T turns 2!

We had a "Ball" party for Terek's Birthday.

We played several games.
We had a soccer ball pinata.
We got to open lots of fun presents.

And mommy made a fun baseball cake!

Let the terrible 2's begin!

Scooter Fun

I got this bright idea to take the kids to the skate park to ride their scooters.
They ended up thinking that was pretty fun.... but now Brenner wants a skateboard:)

There was this huge bowl thingy made out of cement.... the kids could not get out of it without my help.... so next time I get mad at them, I'm taking them to the skate park and putting them in time out in the cement bowl:)
On our way there, I drove through Arctic Circle to grab dinner... I ordered the kids each a corn dog... and got myself a Rootbeer float!
He'll be such a cute old man!

Pine Valley

We went to Pine Valley with Tom and Rose for their ward dinner. It was nice to get away from the heat... it was only 80 degrees there. The kids loved exploring.
We totally need to head up there camping!!!

Big B starts 1st Grade

As many of you know, we are in the process of moving to St. George (rather Ivins) to be closer to family.... The kids and I moved down here on Monday so that we could get here before Brenner started school.

Today is Brenner's 1st day of 1st grade.... I can't believe how much he has grown. He is an amazing kid!!! He was so excited about school. He didn't even seem worried or scared at all... I guess I did all of that for him.

He's going to Red Mountain Elementary in Ivins. He is such a sweet kid and I know that he will make new friends fast... and probably learn some stuff too.

And wow, all day school is a super long time. I miss that kid tons!!!

Bear Lake

This past weekend we got to go to Bear Lake with all of the Scholes' Family.

It was a little chilly in the water, but the beach was totally fun. The boys loved digging a hole with the oars.
Terek got a kick out of smashing everyone's sand castles.
No camping trip is complete without S'mores.
We went on a tour of the Minnetonka Cave.... pretty cool.


The KOA that we camped at was tons of fun!!! It had mini golf, these surreys, a pool, and all kinds of other stuff.
And of course, we got rained on!!!

Good times!!!
