The other day I realized that I haven't taken many pics of the kids with their friends. Lately it's been all about being with friends all the time... which is so great!!! The kids can't wait to play with their friends after school... and usually our back yard is full of kids... we love it!!! So this week I will try to take more pics of Brenner with his friends as well.

So, this is Joren and Parker... they are inseparable. They have so much fun together. Parker lives right across the street. Aren't they so cute?

How appropriate that they are almost wearing matching shirts!

I have had it with this kid! He already dumped out a bag of cheetos, bag of jelly beans, and the 2nd day in a row he has dumped out a whole box of cereal!

Happy Easter

We want to wish everyone a Happy Easter.... we hope your weekend was as good as ours.

We love having family visit us and it was fun to have Logan and Sydney stay with us.... as well as have Lucas, Shellie and Legacy over.

The Easter Bunny was good to us as always.
Terek was so funny. He wouldn't put his candy in his basket because he didn't want to let it go. He loves "nana" and wants to eat it all the time. However most of the time he just like to unwrap it and then spit it out somewhere.
Brenner and Joren filled their baskets overflowing.
The most exciting part was getting new scooters!!! They have been wanting and needing scooters for awhile. (Brenner has been embarrassed that he doesn't know how to ride a bike... but he doesn't want to learn where his friends can see him either). So, they have been riding their scooters all over the place... including all over the house!
Terek got a zuzu pet.... I have no idea how to spell that. He loves watching that thing run all over the house... I guess I need to take a pic.

April Fool's Day Joke

I guess Mother Nature's April Fool's Day joke to us was this crazy weather. The kids sure had fun playing in it and they wouldn't wait until it stopped to go outside.

Fun with Grandma Rose

Brenner has been off track for over 3 weeks now... we're going a little crazy. So we asked Grandma Rose if she'd come and stay with us for a few days to entertain us.

On Monday we went to the aquarium to check out the new penguin exhibit. The penguins were super active and totally fun to watch. (sorry about the crappy cell phone camera pic, but the battery was dead on my camera). The fun part was that the sting rays were coming way up out of the water so you could easily touch them. Brenner and Joren don't usually want anything to do with the sting rays, but we couldn't drag them away from them this time.

Tuesday we played with friends in the morning and Grandma baby sat Brenner and Terek while I went to Joren's preschool party. After the party we headed to Ikea... Grandma Rose had never been there! Over $100 later, we finally left just in time to get home for dinner.

Today we headed up to the Gateway to Discovery Gateway.... as always fun.

It was so nice to have grandma stay with us for a few days!!!

Now we need Grandma Blake to come up and stay with us again.... we love having visitors!

Little stinker

This is what happens when I turn my back for two seconds! He dumped out the whole box of baking soda on the counter and scattered it all over the counter, chairs, floor, etc.

This kid...

This kid cracks me up. He loves to go sit in stuff like he's the centerpiece or something. He was sitting completely inside this cabinet and playing peek-a-boo!!!
